Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

Sony Pictures Entertainment has released the first official trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, giving an initial glimpse at the possible hundreds of alternate versions of Spider-Man.

Across the Spider-Verse will follow Miles Morales being reunited with Gwen Stacy and brought into the Spider-Verse for another web-slinging adventure.

Returning to reprise their roles from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) is Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy, Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker, Brian Tyree Henry as Jefferson Davis, and Luna Lauren Velez as Rio Morales. Among these new Spider-Men is Spider-Man 2099 voiced by Oscar Isaac Issa Rae as Jessica Drew (Spider-Woman). From the trailer, it appeared from the trailer that Spider-Man 2099 may be the antagonist in Across the Spider-Verse, although it may still be too soon to tell.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will release June 2, 2023, in theaters.
